1. Shipping Coverage
TUNDROU provides international shipping to customers in Europe, the United States, Australia, and other supported destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and local delivery conditions.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and order value. Free standard shipping becomes available once the order reaches the required minimum amount.
- All destinations: €6 shipping for orders under €50 — Free shipping on orders of €50 or more
Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order value.
4. Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 10–18 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, international logistics capacity, local courier delays, remote delivery areas, or peak shipping periods.
5. Logistics Carriers
Orders from TUNDROU are shipped through reliable international logistics partners. Depending on the destination, packages may be delivered by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, or other regional postal services.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers can track their shipments through the carrier's website or our order tracking page.
7. Delivery and Signature
Most shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. However, certain carriers or locations may require a signature to ensure secure delivery of the package.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer support team will assist you with the investigation and provide an appropriate resolution.
9. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Fees
For orders shipped to Europe, product prices include applicable taxes where required. We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service for eligible European orders, which means customs duties, import taxes, and related import fees are handled by us or our logistics partners.
Customers do not need to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or import fees upon delivery. The price paid at checkout includes the product price, applicable taxes, and any shipping fee shown at checkout.
Please note that customs procedures may still be required by local authorities, and delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local inspection processes.
